REGISTRATION AND CONTACT

The practice will start operating from May 2026. You can register by asking your GP for a referral letter and then calling the telephone number below. If I am on the phone or otherwise unable to answer, please leave a message on my voicemail; in that case, I will call you back as soon as possible.

 

During a short phone call (approximately 15 minutes), we will discuss whether there is likely to be a reimbursable condition and whether your specific help request falls within my area of expertise. If that is the case, you will be placed on the waiting list. As soon as a spot becomes available, you will be contacted to schedule an intake appointment.

Sometimes a last-minute spot becomes available, so it is helpful if you are as reachable as possible for scheduling the intake.

 

At the moment, the waiting time for an intake is approximately 3 weeks (intake appointments will be scheduled starting from early May). After that, treatment can begin immediately if applicable.

Are you concerned about having to wait a long time for treatment? It may be possible to receive help sooner elsewhere. At https://www.psyzorghk.nl/ you can find an overview of qualified healthcare providers in the region. Your health insurer may also be able to help through care mediation, so that you have an intake appointment within four weeks after the first contact and can start treatment within ten weeks after the intake. These are the maximum acceptable waiting times, also known as the Treeknormen, agreed upon by healthcare providers and insurers.

 

Urgent Mental Health Problems

In the case of urgent psychological problems, if you cannot wait for the intake or your next appointment, or if you have not yet been able to contact the practice, please contact your general practitioner for urgent care.
